I have a very bad experience of getting cheated by Whirlpool Service Technician. One day my washing machine stopped working hence I registered complaint with Whirlpool. The Whirlpool authorized Technician came, checked the machine and declared that Drain Pump is failed and needs to be replaced. He was having a new Drain Pump with him. He replaced the drain n pump and wanted to carry back the old so called defective drain pump. I did not allow him to take back the defective pump since I had a strong doubt about the technician.. He took Rs.2572/- from me and went away. I then checked the drain pump by providing external power supply and to my surprise, the drain pump was working perfectly fine. There was just a loose wiring issue in the machine. This way the Whirlpool authorized technicians cheat the customers.
