Never Buy any water purifier from Kent, because their charges after warranty are exorbitant. I own KENT Pearl . During free service even if any part goes they say there is no problem you can use it. When free service is over they charge Rs 300/= for service and for spare parts they make 350% Profit all the filters were changed in my machine in jan2020 and I paid ₹6000 again today on July 7/06/2020 tHe Kent engineers said we have to change all the filters again I have to shell out ₹6000 in just 7 months
My machine is just 2 years old I think I made a bad buy
Never buy kent water purifier product. I have bought this product about 1.5 years ago. The service is pathetic. The technicians have poor knowledge and always try to make money. Moreover Kent only seems to have one service provider for their products in bangalore VR Enterprises. A very unprofessional company with unprofessional technicians. Everytime they come for repair or service the product conks off within 24-48 hrs. Then how much ever you call they dont respond incase you raise another complaint with kent it takes 48-72 hrs for the same company technicians to respond. But again they take their own sweet time to come for repair and it is almost for 7-8 days you are without the filter water.
Dont trust kent as well as VR Enterprises.

I am Kent RO customer from past 2+ years. Please do not buy this product.
Top Reasons are:
#1- Service is very bad, once you raise the request, they come to your home after 3+ days, sometimes it may take week time.
#2 – Everytime the service person visits our home, he says some part of the RO to be replaced, and he will charge Rs.2000+
#3 – Once you raise a complaint via customer care or mobile app, you’ll not be able to connect to the customer care, they’ll simply auto-disconnect the call.
#4 – Even if you make a call to higher management(contact numbers will be there on website), they’ll not respond. finally I sent an e-mail, but not received any reply.
#5 – Overall -I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
